  Second time we've been in here (we all LOVE chrimble). Second time we've been left underwhelmed by the lack of enthusiasm or pleasantness of the member of staff on duty who radiates none of the warmth or joy that we'd associate with that time of year. If you're just employed here, you need to find another job that matches your skills and general mien, like accountancy; if it's your shop, you're in the wrong line of business - preying on the poor American tourists is not what Christmas is all about. Or is it?
